HYROX is an indoor fitness competition that combines 5 miles of running with 8 functional workout stations, alternating between, running and exercises. It was launched in 2017 in Germany and has rapidly gained popularity, hosting over 80 global races and attracting hundreds of thousands of athletes and spectators. The competition is designed to be accessible to everyone, promoting fitness racing as a sport for all.
