About Coach
I fell in love with CrossFit at 19 years old, and quickly found a passion for helping people transform their lives through forming new healthy habits.
I love spending time outdoors, enjoy trying new yummy foods & drinks, and being with my loved ones. I started coaching group classes in 2018, and jumped into nutrition coaching in 2019. Spring of 2020 I graduated with my Bachelors in Nutrition Science from UNLV.
It’s my goal to help people safely and effectively approach fitness and find sustainable habits to build a healthy relationship with food!
